As we discussed in our meeting on Saturday, the objective of this course is you acquire the skills necessary to query, retrieve and record document information from various intelligence units. However, the development of these skills is closely related to its ability to fully exercise habits of reading and writing, which some of you, according to his comments, has become a setback academic, even personal. For that reason I think is very important to know in the first instance what are your feelings about reading and writing? , then know the difficulties commonly encountered when they have to read and write academic texts .
I am aware that the circumstances and the stories of each one of you on this point are, perhaps, radically different, but the point of this exercise is to identify those most recurring problems in order to remedy or redress for the benefit of their education. For that reason we ask that you share with me their experiences and other colleagues on this issue, as this will allow us to reach a series of alternatives that undoubtedly will contribute to better cope with the eternal conflict as reading and writing at the University .
