Today I bring cookies. Orange cookies, with or without sugar, banana and chocolate chip cookies without sugar. Suddenly gave me the inspiration to make cookies and I could not resist. I had long wanted to make this cookie recipe for Chocolate Orange Modern , Pancracio team.

ORANGE COOKIES A
INGREDIENTS:
100g butter at room temperature (this is very important)
125g bread flour 100g chocolate
black (no sugar for the "full")
50g sugar (30 g of tagatose in the version sugar-free ")
the grated peel of half an orange
1 teaspoon orange (I did not and I put two tablespoons of juice)
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 200 º C.

BANANA COOKIES SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTS:
flour 90g chopped almonds 100g
tagatose 1 tablespoon (or two of sugar)
2 tablespoons butter
room temperature 1 egg 1 medium banana mature
150g unsweetened chocolate or chocolate chips without sugar
pieces PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 180 º C.

As I came out 14 cookies in Orange each cookie dough is almost a serving of carbohydrates, 9g each.
The banana has a little less, about 7g, and are more satiating.
