CHOCOLATE CREPES. Sweet recipe of the month of February, Whole Kitchen Bloguzz-f8a8fa3ad0

uFFFF, so I took a whole week without posting!! I can not believe, has already spent a whole week? Well, I have spent as a slight sigh. Now that I realize I do not know how I've gone through all the days that make up a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday ... because I have not even noticed!

today's recipe is our breakfast on Sunday. The night before I left and everything ready to make crepes in a little while ago. How delicious breakfast with a freshly made crepes ... Although I could only take one! You were already two servings of carbs!!

WHOLE KITCHEN sweet in its proposal for the month of February we invited to prepare a classic of French cuisine: crepe.
INGREDIENTS: 500 ml of milk

225g flour 25g cocoa powder pure

2 eggs 1 pinch of salt 1 tablespoon sugar

PREPARATION:
Pour all ingredients into the bowl of the mixer and beat until that is well integrated. Heat a greased skillet
and pour some of the mass.
Simmer until you have the body and can turn around with a spatula. Heat
and remove a few more moments.

FILLING:
I prepared molten chocolate, because then they asked me at home. Although I liked a lot (when I could eat sugar) a squeeze of lemon crepe and sprinkle with sugar. These
the folded with melted chocolate, sprinkle with the confectioners' sugar (not mine, mine just filled with black chocolate without sugar), and served with a little whipped cream.
